The Personal Data we collect from you may be processed, accessed and stored outside Bulgaria in other countries. Different levels of Personal Data protection may apply in such countries. In the event that we transfer your Personal Data to foreign companies in other jurisdictions, we will ensure that your Personal Data is protected by applying the level of protection required under the applicable data protection laws.

How do we protect your personal data?

We use appropriate technical, administrative and physical precautions to protect the information collected through this website. Unfortunately, no organization can guarantee the absolute security of information, especially information that is transmitted over the Internet.

How do we handle information from persons under 14 years of age?

Our website is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 14. If, however, a child under the age of 14 has to use any of the forms on our website that require the provision of personal data, then the functionalities of the site should be used by a parent/guardian on behalf of that child.

How long do we store Personal Data?

What rights do you have and how can you exercise them?

You have the following rights with regard to your personal data processed by Matrax when visiting our website:

  1. To be given access to your personal data processed by Matrax and to receive a copy thereof;

  2. In case of incompleteness or inaccuracy in the data processed by Matrax, to have your personal data corrected;

  3. To request that your data be deleted where there are prerequisites for this. Such cases are where the purpose for which the data was collected has been achieved; you have withdrawn your consent when the processing is based on consent and there is no other legal basis for the processing; your data is being processed unlawfully, and others;

  4. In the cases specified by law, to require that the processing of your personal data be limited;

  5. In cases where your data is being processed on the basis of a legitimate interest (as listed above in this notice), you may object to the processing of your personal data on this basis;

  6. To exercise your right to data portability and request that your data be provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format;

  7. To withdraw your consent where the processing of your personal data is based on consent.

We will respond to your request as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after the receipt thereof.

You shall also be entitled to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission where the relevant prerequisites are in place.

We do not currently respond to “do not track” alerts from web browsers, nor to other mechanisms that provide a method of opting out of the collection of information from websites and other online services.
